We need to lower taxes significantly in South Dakota by reducing government bureaucracy and waste. I will route out the unnecessary and wasteful spending in Pierre, work with like-minded conservatives and eliminate it.

Property rights in South Dakota are being attacked by not only government but private industry. If elected I will champion bills to strengthen private and local control in our state and repeal bills that do not.

Less government and more personal responsibility.

We need to bring back strict enforcement of serious crimes, including mandatory sentencing, the death penalty for pedophilia and make jail punitive again. If there is no deterrent, what is to stop people from breaking the law?

We don’t need new laws, we need to enforce the ones that are on the books and eliminate the ones that are unnecessary.

Bring back the fear of the Lord to government: truth, honor, and integrity.

Work to build coalitions of legislators that want to do what’s right and research bills on validity, not popularity.

Replace with a fair rate of sales tax so to simplify the tax code and make it so everyone pays their fair share not just a select group.
